The hacker, known as Guccifer 2.0, posted the update on his website Friday, listing the cell phone numbers of most House Democrats, along with email addresses, and the contact information of their emergency contacts.

The disclosure is the latest dump of information stolen in recent cyberattacks on a number of Democratic Party organizations, including the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC).
The contact sheet document includes a breakdown of almost every Democrat in the U.S. House, their cell phone numbers, and personal email addresses. Several other documents contain passwords for various DCCC accounts.
“Guccifer 2.0” also invited reporters to contact him via Twitter direct message: “Dear journalists, you may send me a DM if you’re interested in exclusive materials from the DCCC, which I have plenty of”.
The files from the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee includes memos from House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi’s personal computer, passwords to databases and news sites, and a contact list for members of Congress.

“I imagine a lot of people are going to change their cellphone numbers pretty soon”, Hoyer said.
