The Dwarves Are Coming!
The Dwarves is now in development and is scheduled for a 2016 Release.

Well if you’re going to base your new fantasy RPG on anything, a decade-old and long-running German fantasy novel series seems as good as anything.
The Dwarves features a unique Crowd-Combat System that forms the core of the game, seeing crowds of enemies flock and overwhelm the player as well as being influenced by physics. Should the player land a large enough blow with a war hammer, it will throw the orcs back into their allies.
Best-selling author Markus Heitz is directly involved in the project as a consultant and will contribute some quests and brand new characters. Possibly even pushing a few into the abyss. It’s only through tactical use of the environment and all of the heroes skills that players will be able to survive against the hordes outnumbering them by 100 to 1.
As indicated by IGN, players will be taking on the role of Tungdil. It’s about a party of the titular warriors gathered by Tungdil, the main character. Each companion has its own backstory and individual battle skills.

Before each battle you assemble a group of up to four heroes, who then fight against hundreds of enemies simultaneously… The game is now in development for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC and will receive its world debut at Gamescom next month. Perhaps a release date for “The Dwarves” will be announced there as well.
