The good news is that, like many other companies at E3, Bethesda is planning to live stream its press conference online.

The last major installment in the highly-popular “The Elder Scrolls” open world video game franchise, “The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim”, was released back in 2011.

The Skyrim remaster hasn’t been officially confirmed yet, but an E3 reveal seems like a safe bet at this point.

However, Forbes reported it is unlikely for Bethesda to create a more enhanced “The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim” for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One as it looks nearly ideal on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

The rumors started when industry insider, Shinobi602 told H.A.M Radio Podcast that he expects Bethesda to announce a remastered title.

There are hearsays and leaks that “The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim” is about to have a remaster edition. One advantage of doing this might be to put fans of the series at bay and give them something new to chew on while the sequel is still being developed. The listing came on the heels of the “Skyrim” remastered rumors and there wasn’t a box art for this particular game listing so readers might want to take this piece of information with a grain of salt.

Today marks the beginning of the annual E3 conference, with all the various discounts, announcements, and surprises that the show entails, with today’s presenters including EA at 9pm BST/1pm PDT and Bethesda at 3am BST/7pm PDT.

After reports of Bethesda’s “The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim” Remaster, it is rumored that the upcoming game revamp is set to be revealed at the 2016 Electronic Entertainment Expo.
