The FBI uncovered almost 15,000 more emails and materials sent to or from Hillary Clinton as part of the agency’s investigation into her use of private email at the State Department.

No one forced Hillary to use her private email for State Department business in a manner so flagrantly against the rules that in any other circumstance (i.e., if she weren’t the Democratic nominee for president), she would be vulnerable to sanction and prosecution.

U.S. District Court Judge Emmet G. Sullivan on Friday ordered Clinton to answer questions in writing from Judicial Watch about her use of the private email server. According to the AP, “most” of those work-related emails have been released, although “some have been withheld because they contain information considered sensitive to national security”.

Clinton has successful brushed off ridicule after more than 30,000 emails were published over the course of past year.

The FBI announced on Monday that they discovered another 15,000 of Hillary’s work related emails and she’s in trouble.

The State Department also pushed back Monday saying there was “no evidence of any behavior, any relations with the Clinton Foundation that weren’t completely above board”.

On Monday, 725 pages of emails were published by the conservative group, handed over by the State Department in response to a separate FOIA court filing for the emails of the former secretary’s top aide Huma Abedin.

If Trump can continue to campaign and speak like he has done the past two weeks and Hillary keeps messing up, then Donald could win this thing and win big.

In a statement after a hearing at the USA district courthouse in Washington, Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton said the group was pleased that Boasberg rejected the department’s proposal to begin releasing documents weekly on October 14, ordering it instead to prioritise Clinton’s emails and to return to court September 22 with a new plan.

Clinton had claimed that she deleted only personal emails before returning over 55,000 pages of her work-related messages to the State Department previous year. They turned the documents over to the State Department after they concluded the probe.

The emails have raised questions about potential conflicts of interest between the private Clinton Foundation and Hillary Clinton’s position as secretary of state.

“Some former prosecutors have even suggested that the coordination between the pay-for-play State Department and the corrupt Clinton Foundation constitute a clear example of a RICO [Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organization] enterprise”, the Republican candidate said.

“Her people have been trying to pin it on me”, Mr. Powell said over the weekend in an interview published Sunday night.

The conversation between Clinton and Powell was first reported by The New York Times, based on an excerpt from an upcoming book about Bill Clinton’s post-presidential years by Joe Conason. “The truth is, she was using ( a private server ) for a year before I sent her a memo telling her what I did”, charged Powell.
