The Flash Season 3’s Other Main Villain Revealed

During “The Flash” San Diego Comic-Con panel last month, executive producer Todd Helbing said (via Variety) that Season 3’s second big bad, Savitar, will be introduced later in the installment, as it appears that Barry (Gustin) and company will first have to deal with villain Dr. Alchemy, who’s briefly shown in the trailer for the forthcoming season.

“The Flash” will return to The CW on October 4, with a premiere episode titled “Flashpoint”. His name comes from the Hindu “god of motion” and he has an obsession with speed – enough so that he’s the leader of a cult.

It turns out that Reverse Flash changed the dynamics of the Speed Force, imbuing Barry with a kind of death touch that killed speedsters instantly – because, comics. He gained a lot of followers and is out to tie other speedsters to the Speed Force.

Savitar isn’t one of the most famous Rogues in Barry’s Gallery, and his dated appearance in the comics could downplay his impact if the show plays it by the book.

Savitar is coming! And yes meltynautes this season, Barry will face several speedsters Machiavellian and one of them is other than Savitar.

Villains from The Flash and Arrow’s previous seasons will live on, meanwhile, in the second season of Legends of Tomorrow.

Who Will Play Savitar On The Flash? .

Season 3 of The Flash introduces the new “Flashpoint” continuity created by Barry Allen’s decision alter the timeline and save his mother. If he ends up being Doctor Alchemy, we certainly wouldn’t be mad. You know, you hear about “the man from Nanda Parbat” in [Arrow] Season 1, and ‘the man who showed Malcolm the way, ‘ and then you met Nyssa, then in Season 3 you met Ra’s.
