The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 2 review
I tried to temper any excitement for “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2”, despite my love of the first two films in the series and mild indifference to the third, due to my feeling that “Mockingjay” is the absolute dirt worst of the “Hunger Games” books. His mind is still not right and proves it when the group is attacked.

Katniss is a part of Squad 451, which consists of her other sometimes-romantic interest, Gale (Liam Hemsworth), as well as Finnick (Sam Claflin) and Cressida (Natalie Dormer.) Together, they make their way to the Capitol so Katniss can kill President Snow. In the due course of time the series has become and integral part of her life too. I enjoy Lawrence as an actress so I give her props for seeing her role to its final conclusion. Peeta, played by Josh Hutcherson, also enters the games from Katniss’ district. “Fans will now have the chance to see the film in any format they want, which is exciting; we recently saw the 3-D version of Mockingjay – Part 1 before its release in China, and the new level of immersion was really fantastic”.
As it stands, this film may be exciting and breathlessly entertaining but it’s just a notch below essential, leaving us hungering for what could have been. It nearly felt forced but hey, he needed to see it through as well. There’s no “previously on The Hunger Games”. Even the ending dragged on about fifteen more minutes than it should have. And I think that this character is so overwhelmingly supportive of women. The characters that are there, such as Julianne Moore’s President Alma Coin, are either restrained or one note. I doubt my opinion will sway anyone from seeing the fourth film in a billion dollar franchise, anyway, but lower your expectations. But Haymitch (Woody Harrelson), Effie (Elizabeth Banks), and Beetee (Jeffrey Wright) are relegated to obligatory links.
Mockingjay – Part 2 is receiving more positive reviews than the previous film, with a 72% rating on the website Rotten Tomatoes, compared to 65% for Part 1, but still trailing behind the 89% achieved by the second film in the franchise, Catching Fire. But it more frequently that not feels so heavy-handed with the way it handles them that it’s hard to take seriously. “I think my introduction into the guys, the gang, and the fact that they all kind of welcomed me, with open arms, surprisingly”. I wasn’t captivated in the slightest. Not a good thing when I can pretty much predict it to the very end how it was going to go.
