The Jolla tablet is an 8.3mm thin device, which features a 7.85-inch 2048 x 1536 fully laminated pixel display, and is powered by a 1.8 GHz quad core Intel Baytrail processor. Jolla brags that Sailfish brings with it the top “multitasking experience” available, and that users are handed total control for managing their running apps, toggling betwixt different apps, and more.

Announcing the availability of Jolla tablet for public pre-order, Jolla said that it now is offering only a “limited batch” of devices, which it plans to start shipping by October-end. There are two variants of the tablet one is 32GB and the other is 64GB variant. Pricing will vary depending on the market, though Jolla says the 32GB model will set customers back €267 (around $300), with the 64GB version priced at €299 (around $336). Preorders are open to people in the Australia, Canada, EU, Hong Kong, India, Norway, Russia, Switzerland and the United States.
