The biggest day of the year for pro wrestling fans – WrestleMania Sunday – falls April 8, when WWE presents WrestleMania 34 at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans. You know, I’ve been doing commentary in WWE for 21 years, and most of the talent respect what we do and respect the stories that we’re trying to tell. If you’ve got the money and the energy, you cannot only see the finest wrestlers working the American independent scene but stars from Europe and Japan. This is our Super Bowl. It took time to get to the arena due to the vast amount of traffic (I would strongly suggest arriving early if you ever attend), but walking into Camping World Stadium was simply surreal.
The feud that has dominated Smackdown Live for months comes to an end at WrestleMania with Bryan making his surprising return after announcing his retirement in 2016.
The Usos vs. The New Day vs. “So the question I have for you, T He-Rock, is do you really wanna smell what John Cena is putting out?”
Asuka vs. Flair should be a hard-hitting showcase for both of them as wrestlers. “WrestleMania is our reward; we work hard all year for a spot on the card because that is what it is all about for us”.
Flair has always called him her inspiration to wrestle and her match with Asuka feels like another moment where she can feel this presence in her life. They breakdown each and every match on the card and pick their winners.
Now, there is a world where part-timers and regulars can coexist, but it’s not the one that WWE has created. However, this could be a fun one to build to a future main event down the road. But for some reason, WWE has shied away from these smart, productive deployments of part-timers.

The most favored of anyone to win their match is Roman Reigns with odds of -1200 to beat Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship.
Styles will continue his run atop SmackDown, defeating his longtime rival in a match that fans have been pining for since the Superstars signed with WWE. “It just creates layers for your character”.
Last year’s WrestleMania 33 was perhaps the most dour viewing experience in the history of the show. This massive card has had odds out for awhile, and since the global markets were opened last week, some of these matches have moved to become lopsided. They’re very respectful. They understand that this is what we do for a living 52 weeks a year.
Let’s just get the most depressing option right out of the way for discussing Cena’s possibilities for Sunday night.
Yes, this takes place at midnight, but a show this bonkers has to take place in the middle of the night.
Then, ingeniously, NJPW stacks its main events back-to-back at the end of the show.

The entertainment company also is launching an assortment of virtual-reality content in association with NextVR, which WWE is working with to produce VR content throughout the year. You’ll know nearly everyone in the match, and there won’t be any early surprises, aside from one or two NXT stars being included. There’s so much pomp and circumstance surrounding WrestleMania.
