The New ‘Finding Dory’ Trailer Has Surfaced

In Pixar’s highly anticipated film Finding Dory, the beloved fish Dory (voiced by Ellen DeGeneres) is in search of her parents, who she lost long ago. News, the film will have some familiar faces, er, voices, while introducing a few new characters.

Check out the uplifting and heartfelt trailer below. We see her grow up to be the fish we know her as now.

The trio was seen uncovering their path, up until Dory gets tangled in plastic rings by humans and gets forcefully separated from her buddies. While on her journey, she will discover what “family” really means.

In the first clip, Albert Brooks’ Marlin reunites with his turtle bros on his way to find Ellen Degeneres’ Dory character.

Judging by the jokes crammed into the trailer alone, Finding Dory is set to be as amusing as its prequel. And now she needs to find her parents.

Finding Dory will be released on 17 June.

The sequel also features Idris Elba, Dominic West, Diane Keaton, Eugene Levy, Ed O’Neill, Ty Burrell and Kaitlin Olson, who voices an adorable whale shark named Destiny. This time around, as told by the title, it’s Dory who goes missing and Marlin must set out to find her.

“When I saw a recent article about how the movie (‘Finding Nemo”) had adversely affected the Clownfish population, despite its main moral theme, I was dismayed”, she said.
