The New MASS EFFECT: ANDROMEDA Cinematic Trailer Promises a Beautiful Game

To mark the arrival of the annual “N7 Day”, Bioware has released an all-new trailer for the upcoming Mass Effect: Andromeda (they even had one a year ago too!) Check it out in the player below and see the box art for the game in the gallery! In 2017, Mass Effect: Andromeda is scheduled to be released, one of the most anticipated games next year.

BioWare just released a brand new trailer for its highly anticipated continuation of the Mass Effect franchise, Mass Effect: Andromeda.

Powered by the Frostbite 3 Engine, Mass Effect: Andromeda looks really lovely.

N7 Day also had other surprises confirmed, including Mass Effect 2 and Mass Effect 3 becoming Backwards Compatible on Xbox One. The previously-revealed Asari character with the stripe over her eyes still exists, and also knows something about gravity wells. However, we will see more gameplay from Andromeda in a trailer released during The Game Awards, which takes place on December 1.

Mass Effect is finally getting its Star Wars: The Force Awakens and Star Trek (2009) sequel/reboot treatment, and a new trailer is giving fans the first decent taste of what that’s going to look and feel like. With a whole new galaxy, ship, and the familiar Commander Shepherd gone Andromeda will stand far apart from the rest of the games in the series.

The video promises that, over the next few months, subscribers will receive information on Arc overviews, ground and space vehicle certification, outpost establishment guidelines, and first contact protocols for if new species are discovered. As Commander Shepard, you will recruit an elite team of the galaxy’s most unsafe and skilled experts, and lead them on an assault into the most risky area of the galaxy – from which you might not return.
