The Pope Says Violent Terrorism Doesn’t Come From Islam

“Speaking with Pope Benedict, who is well, and has a clear mind, he was telling me: ‘Holiness, this is the epoch of sin against God the Creator, He’s intelligent!”

The Pope’s outrageous comments came only days after a Catholic Priest was murdered by Islamist terrorists in France. “It’s like a mixed fruit salad”.

“We find violent people of every faith; in every religion there are extremist groups”, he went on.

An economy that focuses on the God of money, not human beings, is the foundation of terrorism, Pope Francis said.

“I think it is not right to identify Islam with terrorism”, the Pope told reporters.

Pope Francis has made a thing out of attacking capitalism and its perils in one way or another. “When fundamentalism comes to kill, it can kill with the language-the Apostle James says this, not me-and even with a knife, no?”

The pope says it is not fair to speak about violence by Muslims without talking about violence committed by Catholics.

“When the glory of creation and a man and woman has been thrown away and money has been replaced as its center, this is a terrorism against all of humanity”. “This is not anyone’s opinion; this is a verifiable, indisputable, historical fact”.

The Holy Father is also saying that ISIS terrorism is no worse than “Catholic violence” and that Islam has nothing to do with terrorism.

Except these Catholics are not doing it in the name of the Catholic church.

“We are very moved by the presence of our Muslim friends and I believe it is a courageous act that they did by coming to us”, Dominique Lebrun, the archbishop of Rouen, said afterwards.
