The race is on: Trump and Sanders stand tall, for now
“The reason is simple: While important, the first four states represent just 4 percent of the delegates needed to secure the nomination; the 28 states that vote (or caucus) in March will award 56 percent of the delegates needed to win”.

Clinton’s ties to Texas are as strong, if not stronger, than her ones to New Hampshire. Many Republicans and many conservatives like Rubio. So, I think we don’t really know whether or not the hit in New Hampshire is going to be how things go for the rest of the cycle, and we don’t really know whether what we saw in New Hampshire in terms of the actual outcome is what we should expect in the rest of the states.
New Hampshire destroyed any momentum Rubio had coming out of Iowa and for now, at least, locks the senator into a messy muddle in his party’s establishment wing. Marco Rubio walks out on stage during a primary election night party at the Radisson hotel February 9, 2016 in Manchester, New Hampshire. This means he can win or do well in crowded fields like what we saw in Iowa and New Hampshire, but once the field is narrowed to a three or two person race he’ll be in serious trouble. The poll has a margin of error of plus or minus 2 percentage points.
On Tuesday Rubio and Cruz finished well behind Ohio Gov. John Kasich, who scored a solid second-place finish. Hillary Clinton picked up the endorsement of Congressional Black Caucus political action committee as she and Bernie Sanders angle for minority voters ahead of the Nevada caucus and a slate of Southern primaries that will give minority voters their first say in the nominating contest. Since the primary, Gov. Chris Christie and Carly Fiorina have dropped out of the race.
The rivalry between Trump and Cruz has intensified as they prepare to fight for the anti-establishment mantle in SC.
Rubio’s team has predicted a long primary season in recent weeks, nearly by necessity, as polls suggested he would struggle to score any wins in the early voting states.
Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush described Trump as “a entertainer, a guy who’s a reality-TV star, who has been successful in his own life but he also pushes people down to make himself look better”.
Green Party policies at the 2015 election included increasing the minimum wage to £10 (13 euros, $14) an hour, introducing a wealth tax on the richest one percent of voters and ending austerity measures. Blowout victories by two candidates who remain long shots for their party nominations are bad for the Granite State.

The ethnic makeup of the electorate will change radically from overwhelmingly white Iowa and New Hampshire. Jeb Bush brought his mother, Barbara Bush, on the campaign trail in New Hampshire last week.
