WEB DESK:Two survivors Dr.Kishore Murthy and his wife Dr.Veena Bharathi dared to recall the tragic tale of Indian flight attendant, Neerja Bhanot’s murder when a a Pan Am Flight 73 was hijacked in Karachi on 5 September 1986.
On Monday night, the movie Neerja had a special screening of many Bollywood celebrities and after that, they took to Twitter for appreciating the movie.
Sonam, who plays Neerja Bhanot, the stewardess who died while saving lives on hijacked Pan Am Flight 73, said Neerja “saved Pakistani lives” and was awarded by the government for her heroic efforts.
Dr Kishore further included, “She was extremely minding towards every one of the travelers, particularly the elderly and youngsters”. While there were speculations that the film might have been made on a whopping budget, the reality is something else altogether.

We hope Sonam’s belief comes true and everyone in the world watches this true story of a woman who was bold in real sense of the term. She gave us her blessings on the first day of the shoot.
