The Redskins will keep Kirk Cousins, but for how much?
Do not look now, but the Washington Redskins might win the NFC East this season. The Eagles fell to Washington down I-95 earlier in the season, making this a revenge situation for the Birds. The Eagles also have to tackle running backs Alfred Morris, Matt Jones and Chris Thompson.

The Redskins are trying for their first three-game winning streak of the season in what is essentially a playoff game.
Not that the Eagles have a special defense, but Washington’s is not much to write home about either.
But someone is going to have to do it, even if none are actually worthy of being there – let alone hosting a first-round game – to begin with. Kirk Cousins has come on strong these past couple of weeks, strong enough to put the Redskins atop the NFC East and make them the current favorites to win the division.
The Giants have a slight chance to make the playoffs they have to essentially run the table.
Yet, somehow, the division is still theirs for the taking.
On first-and-10 in the third quarter, Cousins launched a deep ball toward the left sideline. (Both DeSean and Jordan Matthews have eight). Expect a insane, primetime environment in Philadelphia for this Saturday night game, which could end up being the deciding factor during a matchup between two teams whose game went down to the wire in Week Four. They just need to win. Ultimately, the Redskins may have more weapons to throw to in their offense than the Eagles can cover for 60 minutes, much like the Cardinals did a week ago.
Cousins leads the league with a 69.7 completion percentage and has set a franchise record with 336 completions.
Another week, another correct prediction for my dad. Bottom line, like anybody else in any line of work, in any job you have, you want to be where you’re wanted, and I’m no different. So, this is going to be a lot of fun.
Regardless of how you feel about yesterday afternoon’s news that the Eagles had released DeSean Jackson, you woke up with a unusual feeling this morning. That’s probably the least out-of-the-box prediction from him this week. In two games last season, Jackson caught nine passes for 243 yards and an 81-yard touchdown.

For Philadelphia, this season has been the worst season during Kelly’s tenure. The Panthers have beaten five of their last seven opponents by eight points or more, and Cam Newton’s recent play has made him the surefire 2015 MVP. He thinks Chip might have been conserving Murray, and limiting the film with which opponents can study how they use him. They’re playing a 9-5 Vikings team that is hot at the moment, and they’re most likely without star receiver Odell Beckham, who will have his appeal of his one-game suspension heard Wednesday afternoon, but a win for Beckham isn’t likely. He said “something special is going to happen” and it’s “going to be a weird, funky game”. However, the quarterback still shows signs of struggle on the road, as he now thrown an interception in all 12 away games in his career.
