Despite an accomplished film career, the 41-year-old DiCaprio is still looking for his first Oscar. The reception to the Golden Globes winners is said to be important in the feel for those Oscar hopefuls to have a chance, and this year too, the contest for which movie is going to win Best Picture at the Oscars is still being debated. Standing on that stage with that award in front of so many talented people must’ve been quite an experience.

The first hug from the Golden Globe victor was for “American Horror Story” producer Ryan Murphy.
About 19 years after their 1997 monster hit, “Titanic”, which paired them falling in love as fate came crashing down, the two are still pulling heartstrings together. “With a little more context, I know how lucky I am to do this for a living”.
