The Revenant premiere: Leonardo DiCaprio won’t
Noted modelizer, Oscar dreamer and recent Golden Globe victor Leonardo DiCaprio has finally commented on his notorious love life, sharing that he is very happy being single, reports Yahoo.

Leonardo DiCaprio won the best drama actor award for the film at Golden Globes.
He said: “Leo gave me a call and Sean Penn had bailed and he was like, ‘When can we get you out here?’ No, I’m joking, but he did give me a call and we spoke and he said there’s good money and the script is awesome”.
“This is an epic art film”. It was very well rehearsed and very well thought out, but nonetheless it was a very chancy movie for people to finance. DiCaprio has given one of his career’s best performances in the movie, and we sincerely hope that this time around, he does get the Academy Award that his fans (and he, in all probability) have been waiting since a long time.
“We were laughing about that afterwards”, he said.
“I can now look at movies I did 10 years ago with real judgement”.
Along with Tom and Leonardo’s nominations, The Revenant will also compete for prizes include Best Picture and Best Director for Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu during the ceremony in Los Angeles on 28 February (16).
“So to be recognised like this, it does feel great especially when you put so much into something”. The destruction of culture as the Americans pillage the Aritkara tribe’s land, and the often sudden brutality they enact to try survive, runs parallel with the tireless hunt Glass relentlessly pursues to get revenge on his fellow trader John Fitzgerald (Tom Hardy) who betrayed Glass following the bear attack.
“It’s interesting, because that’s not why you do the work, you know?”
“We knew we weren’t going to do a light-hearted comedy in a set in the valley”.

Telling the true story of Hugh Glass, Leo filmed in sub-zero temperatures, jumped in a freezing river and – despite being a vegetarian – ate raw bison liver for the part. “There were fluctuations in weather constantly so that presented a large challenge for us”.
