The Street Fighter V PS4 Beta Features Online Fights Only
Probably the most controversial aspect of the Street Fighter V launch is that the game will be exclusive to the PS4 and PC, with no plans for an Xbox One version at all.

According to the publisher, the primary goal of the beta is to test that the game’s net code is up to speed. The beta will first roll out with four playable characters immediately, with Birdie and Cammy becoming available to play on Saturday, July 25.
Capcom has released different updates over the last few months, and now patch 1.04 is available for download via the PlayStation Network.
“The reason for their delayed release is that in addition to testing out the net code, we’re also testing out our new content delivery system”.
While players are awaiting their match, they’ll be training in the Grid.
The stages in the game includes that Bustling Side Streets in China, the Terminal Station in London and a new location called the Forgotten Waterfall which is said to be in New Zealand.

When IGN asked Capcom about the supposed character rumors for “Street Fighter 5”, Capcom simply replied that they do not answer or comment about rumors and speculations. It is completely up to the player to properly utilize the benefits received from the V-Trigger to change the course of the match. Unfortunately, SFV’s PS3 joystick/controller functionality will not be ready in time for the beta. PC owners can gain access to a similar online beta in the Autumn by pre-ordering the game on Steam. V-Triggers, much like Ultras in Street Fighter IV, are a way for your character to turn the tide of battle. If you live in Europe, you’ll instead have to sign up and.. well, hope you get in. The beta will be hard to judge the full game by – after all, this is also a demo – but it will give a good indication of how the final product, which is set to release March of next year, will turn out. Users who are selected to participate in the Beta will receive an email on 7/24 with instructions on how to access their Beta redemption key.
