The Witcher 3 Director Hopeful for Fourth Game

Eurogamer went on to ask Tomaszkiewicz whether or not The Witcher 3’s PC players will get additional modding support for the game, but the title’s director wasn’t sure if it was an option, as he said, “I don’t got such information to be honest”.

Following its launch nearly exactly one year ago, CD Projekt Red set about improved The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt’s technical performance on PlayStation 4 via numerous game updates – but it’s still not ideal.

It’s interesting, then, that the Polish developer reckons Blood and Wine – the game’s upcoming expansion – will run better on consoles than the main release.

“The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine” also has an expansion pack as reported by Gamespot.

Wild Hunt struggled a bit when it originally launched in May of past year, but a lot of that was due to the previously PC-centric studio having to optimize the game alongside a console release simultaneously. He said he’s hopeful the developer can “do something”, but stopped short of confirming anything.

That’s not to say that CD Projekt Red has washed its hands entirely of The Witcher 3. “But I don’t know what we will decided”. It’s a toolsuite that allows players to modify the game in a number of insane ways, but some fans said it’s not enough.

Now it’s your job to find out what is going on and as a reward you are promised an estate in the land in Toussaint in a form of winery which is where the wine part of “The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine” name comes from. You can just look at the market stalls right now: you would never see the same market stalls in the base game. It follows the first expansion, Hearts of Stone, which launched in October 2015.

As it turns out, developer CD Projekt Red has been working hard to bring a number of graphical improvements to the game in Blood and Wine.
