The X-MEN Cast on the Absolute Worst Mutant Powers

In addition to being the follow-up to Days of Future Past, which is regarded as one of the best movies in the entire X-Men franchise, there are a lot of new additions to the cast. If you’re keeping track, X-Men: Days of Future Past opened to $110.6 million two years ago.

How are early reviews? Had it been released in February, or March – especially against the lackluster reception of Batman v Superman, Apocalypse might be hailed as the next fun installment in the popular X-Men franchise. “Captain America: Civil War” just showed us how to make sense out of character chaos: Keep the story rooted around a couple of primary leads, and keep the tangents at a minimum. Today, audiences are asking studios to step up their game and letting them know with their dollars at the box office.

This time around, she was trying hard not to laugh at McAvoy saying his key line: “I’ve never felt power like this before”.

As I write this, X-Men: Apocalypse sits at 47% with critics on Rotten Tomatoes and 73% with fans.

At one point, a group of Xavier’s students emerge from a matinee of “Return of the Jedi” and remark that “at least we can all agree that the third film in the series is the worst”.
