There is `scarier` Death Star in `Star Wars: The Force Awakens`

One can easily assume that Rey encounters the Constable while trading a few of the goods she has scavenged.

Anyone and everyone who has seen Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope remembers the moment when Grand Moff Tarkin ordered his newly crafted space station called the Death Star to showcase it’s full power by destroying Princess Leia’s home planet of Alderaan. Judging on everything that we have been allowed to see, it looks incredible. Unfortunately, this proved to be a problem for his longtime friend and director J.J. Abrams, since Grunberg was also acting in the film. Upcoming releases include The Hunger Games: Mockingjay-Part 2 on November 20 (Lionsgate), In the Heart of the Sea on December 11 (Village Roadshow Pictures/Warner Bros.) and The Jungle Book on April 16, 2016 (Disney). So no matter how well or how poor the film does, it has already made over its initial cost of $200 million.

As often as Star Wars has been picked apart, repackaged, and sold back to gaming and non-gaming audiences alike, it’s a wonder that so many have missed the guiding heart of the franchise. It’s also been a nice link between generations. My parents were never into “Star Wars”, but it was my cousin Gabe who started me on the path of the force. “I’ll show them the Dark Side”, he utters to a backdrop of the New Order causing havoc. “In the movie, you don’t learn these things, but I know that these are things that are coming out in other venues”. The connection between Rey and Han Solo has been really played up in the trailer, we’re curious to see what it means. The last five installments have been nominated for tech awards including Visual Effects. They want to appeal to girls as much boys, who have traditionally been the fan base. Whatever it is, it’s done right.

Obviously, this is just reading the tea leaves at this point, but we can at least reason it out a little more.
