In an attempt to add yet another fall staple, Starbucks has created a drink that might soon become your guilty pleasure – the Chile Mocha.
Typically, food chains across the U.S. begin introducing pumpkin infused treats in their stores when Fall begins. Dunkin’ Donuts, for instance recently launched its fall pumpkin line up, while McDonald’s also launched a pumpkin flavoured drink.
“The first sip should be warm and chocolatey, quickly followed by the creaminess of the whip and just a kiss of sweet and savory heat all at once”, Starbucks Senior Product Developer Michelle Sundquist said in a press release.
Meanwhile, the Pumpkin Spice Latte will also be launched on September 6.
Since 2014, Bauer and compatriot Billy Cress have taken to Philadelphia-area Wawa and Starbucks outlets to protest the pre-autumnal pumpkin spice latte invasion.

Or you could opt for the Salted Caramel Mocha, which returns as a blend of mocha sauce and toffee nut syrup combined with coffee and milk, topped with sweetened whipped cream and caramel drizzle, as well as a blend of turbinado sugar and sea salt. We’re waiting and watching.
