There’s a conspiracy theory about Margot Robbie’s shorts

“In the position I’m in now where I have to be so careful with everything I do and say…” What a word, ‘minority.’ Have we taken that word off the list yet?

Cara Delevingne, who plays Enchantress, responded to the negativity at the European premiere and described the critics as “absolutely horrific”.

Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie) will make her first movie appearance in “Suicide Squad”.

The Suicide Squad star, 44, claimed the film industry was too “conservative”. Recently, “Suicide Squad” has only gotten a 32 percent approval rating from the site.

The squad is made up of Will Smith as Deadshot, Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, Jai Courtney as Captain Boomerang, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje as Killer Croc and Jay Hernandez as El Diablo. It is also the strongest part of the movie. Re-shoots and attempts by Warner Bros.to avoid repeating the mistakes of the critically-lauded Batman v Superman may have ended up making Suicide Squad worse in the long run, with numerous critics pointing out the film’s inconsistent tone.

Set to a classic rock soundtrack the large-scale action scenes are muddled, dark and rather generic, especially given the special skills of each of the combatants. Strangely, most audiences seemed to like them.

To help establish the unique chemistry between the two characters, Leto famously had a live rat delivered to Robbie while they were shooting.

The 26-year-old has defended herself from accusations that Harley is overly sexualised in Suicide Squad, arguing that she wears skimpy clothes because she enjoys doing so, not because she “wanted guys to look at her ass”.

Smith makes more of an impression simply through the sheer strength of his charisma. The film is written and directed by David Ayer. And that’s one of the toughest things about writing, shooting, and directing a film, is you end up with these orphans and you fucking love them and you think they’d be incredible scenes and do these fantastic things but the film is a dictatorship (laughs), not a democracy, and just because something’s cool and charismatic doesn’t mean it gets to survive in the final cut.
