There’s a new OutKast record on the way, according to Gucci Mane

Rapper, style icon, and hamburger enthusiast Gucci Mane has been busy as hell since his release from prison, releasing a new album and announcing another one is already on the way.

However last night he went on Snapchat to reveal something even more surprising.

Guwop said that he did a record for Outkast, which is a huge shock because everyone was under the assumption that they wouldn’t be working together ever again. Outkast. It’s unknown what Gucci could be referring to because the last time an Outkast reunion was mentioned was their 2014 tour. Is this something you want to hear? “I just did a record for OutKast”, Gucci says in the clip. “I just did a record for Wayne, I just did a record for Boosie, I just did a record for Project Pat, I just did a record for E-40”.

After featuring just Young Thug, Kanye West and Drake on his comeback LP Everybody Looking, Gucci’s been getting back in the saddle in terms of doling out verses, contributing to cuts from West, Dreezy, Rae Sremmurd, Kodak Black, DJ Khaled and more in recent months.

Andre 3000 was set to guest on Big Boi’s solo debut Sir Luscious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty – a move reportedly blocked by OutKast’s label.
