Included in the Death Star DLC are five new maps, one new Hero character, one new Villain character, new vehicles, new weapons and more. Not only are we getting new hero characters Bossk and Chewbacca, but the trailer confirms that the Death Star trench run will feature in the DLC, something numerous Star Wars faithful will likely get excited about. In the first, Rebel players will carry out an assault on an Imperial Star Destroyer, while Imperial players are tasked with fighting them back, getting some help from AI controlled ships along the way.
It looks rough by today’s standards, and it’s from a very early build that uses placeholder assets – some of the sound effects even tell you as such – but this unreleased footage of Star Wars Battlefront 3’s training mission will probably still make you sad that the game never saw the light of day.
