Things To Watch For In Tonight’s Republican Debate
After Marco Rubio attacked the size of Trump’s hands last week, the Republican presidential front-runner defended himself on the GOP debate stage in Detroit Thursday night. At the debate, Rubio said he would like to discuss policy issues, but he also defended his aggressive strategy.

“Think of Donald Trump’s personal qualities, the bullying, the greed, the showing off, the misogyny, the absurd third grade theatrics”, he said.
For the first time ever, Baier will be hosting a behind-the-scenes look at the debate on his official Instagram account. “I guarantee to you there’s no problem, I guarantee!”
Donald Trump and Marco Rubio plunged into a new round of insults at the start of the 11th Republican presidential debate Friday as the Republicans scrambled to keep the brash billionaire from winning the nomination. Ted Cruz, 110 for Florida Sen.

“Donald Trump supported Jimmy Carter over Ronald Reagan”.
Ahead of the speech, much of which had been previewed in excerpts, Trump dismissed Romney in television interviews and posts on Twitter, calling him “a failed candidate” who had “begged” him for an endorsement in 2012.
Trump’s success on Tuesday sparked the latest round of hand-wringing by Republican groups and figures, weighing whether to get on board the Trump train or do whatever they can to derail it.
“It’s easy to say, ‘Make things better, ‘ ‘Make things great.’ You can even print it on a baseball cap”, Cruz said.
The debate will be moderated by Fox News anchors Chris Wallace, Bret Baier and Megyn Kelly.
Trump also seems to be turning over a new leaf.
But the rivals said they would back Mr Trump if he is the Republican presidential nominee in November.
“Obviously, he wants to be relevant”, Trump said dismissively.
On the Democratic side, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was drawing broad support from voters and her party’s leaders.
After Super Tuesday, Mr Trump has won in 10 states and leads the GOP field with 329 delegates.

Heading into Thursday’s debate, Trump is the only Republican candidate on track to win the necessary 1,237 delegates, according to the well-respected Cook Political Report.
