Third Palestinian killed in West Bank clashes with Israeli army
The shooting comes a day after three Palestinians were killed by Israeli forces in the occupied West Bank – two shot dead during protests.

Earlier, a 21-year-old Palestinian died in clashes with Israeli troops following a raid in the West Bank village of Qattana.
The attacks, many of them carried out spontaneously by young Palestinians, have killed 19 Israelis and an American since October 1.
A Palestinian rammed a auto into Israeli soldiers in the occupied West Bank on Friday, injuring five of them before being shot dead, the army said.
Aref Daraghmeh, who monitors settlement activities in the Jordan Valley, said an Israeli occupation army force accompanied by heavy machinery broke into al-Hadidiya and proceeded to demolish residential structures that shelter local Bedouin families, according to Wafa News. At least 96 Palestinians have also died, including 61 said by Israel to be attackers. Abbas said that the Palestinians would pursue their efforts to join more worldwide treaties and conventions to salvage the two-state solution.
On November 25-26, Tsipras held negotiations with both Palestinian and Israeli leadership to discuss the major regional issues.
“We intend to bring a far more massive barrier there…in light of the bitter experience with the physical damage to this barrier”, Yaalon said.
“We will maintain our obligations to global treaties and conventions with a view to safeguarding the rights of our people and strengthening the foundations of our state”, Abbas said.
Abbas demanded that the United States put pressure on Israel to “stop its aggression and provocations against the Palestinians”, the official said.
But there was no indication that any headway was made in his meetings with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas. These would include giving the Palestinian Authority self-rule powers in parts of the West Bank where Israel maintains sole security and administrative control.

“The current Israeli government has failed every chance to make peace, and destroyed the foundations of the political, security and economic agreements, which makes us unable to implement, alone, signed bilateral agreements”, he said.
