Thirteen migrants die off Turkish coast on way to Greece
According to the Turkish coastguard the accident happened close to the port of Canakkale on the southern coast of the Dardanelles region of Turkey.

Six of those killed were children and 20 others were rescued, a Turkish coastguard source told the news agency.
It is believed to be the second migrant boat to have sunk between Turkey and Greece on Sunday.
Twenty people were rescued and 13 people were still missing, the report added. Men, women and kids continue to take the perilous ocean journey even if hundreds of earlier refugees find themselves blocked by closed border crossings within the Balkans. Meanwhile, more than 20-thousand entered Croatia, since Hungary fenced-off its border last week.
Austria, Hungary, Slovenia and Croatia have all traded accusations of failure to deal effectively with the crisis over the past few days.
After lashing out against Croatian officials, Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto is now trading barbs with his Romanian counterpart over a razor-wire border fence that Hungary is building between the two countries to keep out migrants.
Szijjarto explained that without a fence, expelling migrants back into Croatia would create chaos.
There is a sense of urgency for thousands of refugees, amid fears that the European Union will introduce more stringent measures to cope with the influx across its member states next week.
A group of mostly Syrian refugees, attempting to cross into Europe, left Turkey bound for the Greek island of Lesbos, located only 10 kilometers from the Turkish mainland.
“They [the migrants] told rescuers there were 46 people in the inflatable dinghy in total”, a Greek coastguard spokeswoman said.
The comments come as 18,000 migrants and refugees were expected to arrive in Austria from neighbouring countries this weekend, with 16,000 crossing from Croatia into Hungary.
