Brad Pitt angered by Angelina Jolie’s accusations!
Jolie’s statement was released via her rep who revealed that the decision to divorce was made for the “health of the family”. Some fans were upset that they had to pick sides and could no longer just be #TeamBrangelina. There were reports of an affair, but Jolie told Vogue magazine they were only “very, very good friends” until Pitt and Aniston split in 2005.
Many users posted memes featuring former “Friends” star Jennifer Aniston – Pitt’s previous wife – including one of her on the phone saying: “And that, my friend, is what they call closure”. Clearly, Marion Cotillard has something that Angelina Jolie simply doesn’t have, otherwise Brad wouldn’t have strayed from his marriage.
Pitt and Jolie most recently worked together on 2015 film By The Sea – a relationship drama written, directed and produced by Jolie. On that same instance, the media has been carefully watching Aniston’s every move, reporting how she was able to cope up with divorce and the premature romance of her former husband with Jolie at that time.
Talking on Inside Edition, the 77-year-old actor said the announcement was “very sad”, adding that “something very serious must have happened for Angie to make a decision like this”.
The media reacted with surprise and sadness to the news. One source close to Brangelina say that Angelina has single-handedly “unleashed hell”.
Pitt joined Jolie on some of her trips and started a foundation to finance reconstruction of homes in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina.
Their children include sons adopted from Cambodia and Vietnam and a daughter adopted from Ethiopia, as well as three biological children.
Two years later, she had her ovaries and fallopian tubes removed as a preventative measure against cancer. Pitt’s breakout role came in a supporting part in “Thelma & Louise” in 1991.
