This Movie Edition Of ‘Mean Tweets’ Puts All The Rest To Shame
In honor of The 88th Academy Awards airing this Sunday night, the show released a movie star edition last night. In one of his most star-studded segments yet, George Clooney, Cate Blanchett, Eddie Redmayne, Patricia Arquette, Taraji P. Henson, Susan Sarandon, Jessica Chastain and more took turns reading some of the most ridiculous mean tweets from the Twitterverse.

Check out all the Mean Tweets below.
Sean Penn has it particularly hard this round, as someone says he has a “penis nose”, among other rude things. “I also think he looks perpetually dehydrated”, it read.
George Clooney, Eddie Redmayne, Oscar Isaac and Emily Blunt all read the insanely mean and occasionally on-point tweets by the trolls of the Internet. “I’m really thirsty.” Chastain was actually pleased with hers as she was told she looks like “Julia Roberts’s ghost”.
Blanchett doesn’t seem too pleased with her mean tweet, calling her a “play-doh looking face uggo”.
“Seth Rogen: Convinced that Seth Rogen is just Dustin Diamond with 150 extra pounds on him”.
