Thousands attend Donald Trump’s campaign rally in Macon

“When I met him, I had the feeling that this is a humble man. It’s not the image that we see out in public”.

Recently, Trump gained the endorsement of a black pastor who is challenging the media’s apparent claims that minorities are automatically anti-Trump.

Donald Trump is blaming the “Black Lives Matter” movement for pressuring 100 African-American ministers to back out of a meeting with him in NY on Monday.

“So, with CNN, here’s what they’ll say: ‘Trump’s chicken”.

Pastor James Davis, another pastor who attended, said he is supporting Trump. “He didn’t say that the other day, he was very weak the other day”, Trump said Monday.

Scott, who put together the event, insisted that was not the case; the original meeting was supposed to include about 40 people and grew because of interest, he said. “And the 100 that went in there walked away with nothing, they did it for free”, he said.

Plus, he added, “being warned by Donald Trump to be careful what I say is fascinating….”

Republican presidential hopeful Jeb Bush says he’s not sure he would have attended the Paris climate summit because its proposals would hurt the US economy.

On Monday, Trump said, “I have no idea what the meeting is really….” Trump said after the incident, “Maybe he should have been roughed up because it was absolutely disgusting what he was doing”.

“So they’re going to influence their congregation”, explains the BOND leader, “and if those people go with Trump, not only is it over for the Democratic candidate, it’s over for the Democratic Party”.

“What they really want more than anything else is results”.

“The tone [of my campaign] has taken me to first position in every single poll, including state and including national polls”, Trump said. Let him deal with it. Let him explain to people. “Everybody knows that”, he said. And Trump said he likely has the power to make that happen, given his popularity in the polls, large rally crowds and success on his former reality television show, “The Apprentice”.

Mr. Trump, though, had to walk back his endorsement announcement and instead held an impromptu press conference after the meeting.
