Three Israelis Killed In Jerusalem After Shooting And Stabbing Attacks

Rescue personnel working near a victim of a terror attack in the East Talpiot neighborhood of Jerusalem, in which two people were killed and more than a dozen wounded on a city bus by two assailants armed with a gun and a knife.

The second Raanana attack involved another man from east Jerusalem who stabbed people outside a hospital. According to police two terrorists carried out the attack. One Israeli was seriously injured in that incident, with three more with minor wounds, Haaretz reported.

One of the wounded is said to be in critical condition, whilst one of the two terrorists was killed and the other is in a critical condition.

In further violence a stabbing and shooting was reported on a bus and a two knife attacks were reported in Ra’anana.

Tuesday’s incidents mark one of the worst days in the current outbreak of violence. In the meantime, cops officers stated a driver rammed his auto right in to a bus station before getting out & stabbing people on Jerusalem’s Machei Israel street. He was subdued by civilians.

Israeli police closed major roads in and out of Jerusalem in response to the attacks, while Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called an emergency meeting of his Security Cabinet, where police presented a plan aimed at halting the violence, AP said.

Early on Tuesday afternoon an additional stabbing attack took place in near an IKEA store in Kiryat Ata located in northern Israel near Haifa.

In Gaza, 20 Palestinians attacked the border fence and broke through into Israel, retreating back inside only after an hour and a half of clashes with Israeli security forces.
