The three appeared in a new video thanking their fans for their loyal support since the release of their debut single “Wannabe” 20 years ago on Friday (08.07.16), before inviting them to a “party” they’re planning to host.

Spice Girls Mel B, Geri Horner and Emma Bunton but it seems they will be reuniting under new band name, “GEM”.
“We want to celebrate and have a party, and when we do, you’re all invited!” the girls enthusiastically shout.
So that’s nice and vague. The trio formed a spin-off group called GEM and are launching a new site called Spice Girls GEM! Which definitely bodes well.
“We want to be able to celebrate properly and do something”, she said.
The Spice Girls nearly didn’t have a Ginger Spice.
The group left millions of fans distraught when they said they would be going on an indefinite break and focusing on their solo careers in 2000. All five came back seven years later for a world tour and have participated together on projects such as the West End musical Viva Forever! which used their music and for a performance at the closing ceremonies of the London Olympics.
But dreams are all they’ve had since, seeing as Mel C and Beckham have opted out of all the attempts at a reunion since then. “[The Olympics] was a ideal time to say, ‘That’s great. As for me, I was a mix of everything vintage, sassy, and expressive (depending on what day it was!)”, she says.
All three ex-Spice Girls have done their fair share of talent show judging.
