Three Palestinians shot dead, two after attacking Israelis

Israeli soldiers killed, Friday, a young Palestinian man, and accidentally injured a Palestinian woman, allegedly after the young man attempted to stab police officers, mildly wounding two before he was shot dead.

“The terrorist attacked a police team from behind, stabbed and lightly wounded them”.

Both Palestinians were shot and wounded. They were later treated by Magen David Adom paramedics before being evacuated.

Since the spate of violence broke out in October, stabbings, shootings and auto rammings by Palestinians have killed 28 Israelis and a USA citizen.

The two Palestinian attackers, Omar Rimawi and Ayham Subih, both 14, were shot by a bystander and are reported to be in serious but stable condition in separate hospitals in Jerusalem.

Local sources said clashes took place in the town after several Israeli military vehicles invaded it, and fired live rounds, rubber-coated steel bullets, gas bombs and concussion grenades.

At least 27 Israelis have been killed in attacks carried out by Palestinians since then.
