Thug who pretended to be a kid, who lost his way and finding his mom finally got arrested after several months of activity.

According to the report, the 25 year old man, Alberto Julian Meza, was arrested by the police when he was on his work of conning people by dressing up as a kid wearing nappies and sucking lollipop.
It was explained that he had been doing this for several years – and his main target was elderly women.
59 year old lady, Lara Orta Ornelas, said “I am surprised that the police have only just now arrested him”.
She added “He has been doing this for years. It’s incredible they never realized the baby is actually a fully-grown man”.
