Tigers shortstop Jose Iglesias gets into heated dugout exchange with teammate
During the game, catcher James McCann and shortstop Jose Iglesias got into a shoving match. McCann, it seems, was upset that Iglesias appeared to give up on a Rusney Castillo single with two outs in the sixth inning.

The Tigers have had a disappointing season, and some of that frustration boiled over in their dugout Friday night in their game against the Red Sox.
The two were separated by Nick Castellanos and Ian Kinsler, then it appeared that Anthony Gose had words with Iglesias. The TV cameras later caught Gose and Iglesias sitting next to each other.
I’m sure more will be explained following the game, but this is definitely not a good look for Iglesias and the Tigers.
It will be interesting to see what, if anything, is said about the spat after the ballgame.

Ausmus said he wished the disagreement wasn’t caught by cameras and compared it to brothers fighting.
