Tim Kaine Tries a Trump Impression at DNC
“I trust Hillary Clinton with our son’s life”.

Vice Presidential nominee Tim Kaine did a bad Donald Trump impression in his Trump-themed attack speech Wednesday night at the Democratic convention. Trump charged that Kaine accepted over $160,000 in gifts during his time as governor of Virginia, taking advantage of the state’s “lax gift laws”.
While Kaine extolled Clinton’s past accomplishments, he spent much of his speech mocking Trump and the Republican presidential candidate’s.alleged past transgressions.
In a routine where he frequently broke into an impression of Trump, Kaine argued that Trump makes phony promises, won’t offer policy details, and rips off ordinary mom “n” pop small-business owners. “We had so much fun, so much fun, but we started there on Saturday because we know how critical Florida is going to be this cycle and I have a feeling we are coming soon to a theater near you”. “‘Believe me, ‘” Kaine said. Trump doesn’t understand. He knows nothing about defense.’ I know more about offense and defense than they will ever understand, believe me.
“If any of you are looking for that party of Lincoln”, Kaine added, “we’ve got a home for you right here in the Democratic Party!” Describing Trump as “a slick-talking, empty-promising, self-promoting, one man wrecking crew”, Kaine also cleverly mentioned those Republican Party members who aren’t fond of Trump.
Clinton is to make her acceptance speech tonight as the four-day national convention comes to an end and the four-month campaign leading up to the November 8 election begins. Those outside the Old Dominion State may only recognize Kaine for his composure following the 2007 Virginia Tech massacre, which was the country’s biggest mass shooting up until then. The Virginia senator voted in 2015 to give President Obama “fast track” authority to negotiate trade agreements, clearing the way for the Trans-Pacific Partnership. According to the Pew Hispanic Center, almost 70 percent of Latinos say they speak only English at home or indicate they speak English “very well”. That’s what Jill and Joe Biden are about. “I’m honored to have a chance to stand with you as I have in the past and I can’t wait to be out in Iowa campaigning with you”.
“I think you’ll see somebody whose basic humanity and decency will come through”, Warner said in an interview with CNN.
He also said that Trump is not to be trusted.
“So, here’s the question, do you really believe him?”
Clinton, by contrast, is ready for the job, Kaine said.
Kaine, in a prime time speech at the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia, highlighted his and Clinton’s experiences, as well as took aim at Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump.
“My own and my wife’s approach to life is this, the Linwood Holton line – ‘it’s opportunity time, ‘ ” he said, citing his father-in-law, a fellow former Virginia governor.

Clinton and her husband, former President Bill Clinton, raked in millions of dollars for their foundation while she was secretary of state, often from donors deeply interested in how the government would treat them.
