Decker played with the former quarterback for two seasons during his time with the Denver Broncos.

“After I saw the first swing, I said, ‘I can work with that'”. He has not played in the National Football League since 2012 with the New York Jets.
Tebow was an All-State baseball player in Florida and hit.494 as a junior, helping Nease High School reach the final four of the Florida state playoffs.
“He was a six-tool player”, Tebow’s high school coach Greg “Boo” Mullins said in a 2013 interview with The Sporting News.
The Heisman Trophy victor has been training in Arizona and California for the last several months, and those who have seen him train say he is no joke.
I guess we’ll all just have to wait and see where this career change takes him.
ESPN reported that Tebow will work out for major league teams later this month. “He obviously wouldn’t have any trouble driving the ball and I think he could turn into a good power hitter under the tutelage of our coaching staff, I think they could convert his lefty jump pass into quite a weapon here on the baseball diamond”.
“I don’t know what the chances are (of Tebow being successful), but if I was a Double-A or a Single-A team, I’m signing him to get the ticket sales up”. “I’m sure he’ll have success in that field”.
There is no word whether the Marlins would be interested in Tebow’s services, but Miami and Tampa Bay would be the first two teams that may be considered since he is from Florida and makes his home in Jacksonville. “I think the possibilities are endless”.
