It’s official, Chris Hemsworth is returning to host Saturday Night Live for a second time this December. The Australian actor will be joined by Chance The Rapper, making his first appearance as musical guest. Hemsworth will next star in “In the Heart of the Sea”, which will be in theaters December 11.
Tina Fey and Amy Poehler are set to co-host the last new episode of 2015 on December 19, NBC announced Tuesday. Fey and Poehler, who have had rave success co-hosting the Golden Globes in previous years, will also star in the movie Sisters which will hit theaters on December 18th.
The two, who are promoting their upcoming film Sisters, will share the stage with musical guest Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band. Chance The Rapper will make his musical guest debut after wrapping up a national tour and releasing his latest single “Angels” for free on itunes. .
The Christmas episode is usually a big deal for Saturday Night Live – turns out the holidays are a great time for celebrating and making jokes.
