“I’m not disrespected because I know him; I know who he is”. He believes the man should take care of a woman but I think he was joking.
“He’s the old “man take care of woman” chivalry-type thing”, she says. “I think the woman has the right to do just as much as the man”.
After the inevitable sh*tstorm, Tiny was asked by TMZ what she felt about the backlash and naturally she defended her man, but it wasn’t just for the sake of doing it. She just knows how he is.
Looks like that might’ve worked! “I think it was not tasteful, but I definitely think I’m not disrespected”.
She says that she doesn’t always agree with her husband’s point of view.
The internet went nuts after T.I.
He said, “Not to be sexist but, I can’t vote for the leader of the free world to be a woman”, he said. The ATL rapper stated that he was against it because “women make rash decisions emotionally”. But the president? It’s kinda like, I just know that women make rash decisions emotionally – they make very permanent, cemented decisions – and then later, it’s kind of like it didn’t happen or they didn’t mean for it to happen.
Sure, we’re all angry about what he said, but – and this is a question I ask myself about literally anything – how does Tiny feel? Tiny is large and in charge! T.I. would release an apology via his Twitter soon after. It seemed T.I. was serious over his comments and hoped that his fans – both male and female – could forgive him. “I sincerely apologize to everyone I offended”, he wrote.
