Titanfall 2 Won’t Be Part Of EA Access, Respawn Confirms
Respawn did suggest that Titanfall 2 may become an EA/Origin Access title in the future, but this won’t be the case at least for this year. This means that PC and Xbox One Players won’t get early access, try it out for free, or discounts when it launches October 28.

Remember that subscribers of EA Access can purchase games and accessories with 10% discount, but Titanfall 2 has set a unsafe precedent by rescinding any advantage offered by this service. Respawn alluded to support perhaps being added after launch, but there’s no promise that it will ever happen. If you were hoping for the same treatment for the upcoming Titanfall 2, which will be released this October, you’d be out of luck. The EA Access website also states that the service “excludes Titanfall 2”. A monthly subscription to EA/Origin Access costs £3.99.

So why Titanfall 2 is now the exception is a little curious, although the recent beta weekends could offer up an explanation. Until they make it clear why they’ve made the decisions, that’s the only logical connection out there.
