TJ Dillashaw Departs From Team Alpha Male

It’s clear that Team Elevation’s offer swayed his decision, but in the end, TJ’s absence from Team Alpha Male will always feel like part of the fallout from Ludwig’s departure.

Dillashaw defends the UFC Bantamweight Championship against Dominick Cruz at the January 17th UFC Fight Night card in Boston.

Dillashaw reportedly informed Team Alpha Male leader Urijah Faber earlier this week of his plans. Elevation has been a loose-knit team for a while in Denver, featuring the likes of Nate Marquardt, Cat Zingano, Brandon Thatch, Neil Magny, and a host of other professional fighters.

Duane Ludwig has his own school in Colorado, but Team Elevation members frequent his classes.

The crew, however, recently progressed its game experience to learn to be more prepared device and shall supposedly be sits on the fitness nutritional intake enterprise, that will provides the group admission to MusclePharm’s 40,000-square-foot, gold-standard training programs ability.

In addition to Ludwig, Dillashaw’s new coaches will be Leister Bowling (head coach), Elliot Marshall (jiu-jitsu), Christian Allen (striking) and Loren Landow (strength & conditioning).

Elevation’s fighters train out of the Muscle Pharm Sports and Science Center in Denver, Colorado. Dillashaw has always been caught in the middle of a feud between the two, and perhaps this was the best solution for Dillashaw, so that he can prepare for his next fight without the shadow of that controversy hanging over him. Since then Ludwig and Faber have engaged in a rather public war of words, leaving Dillashaw stuck in the middle.
