Cops searched the area and found a brown bag containing meth, weed and Todd’s I.D.

He was cited for trespassing, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Back in 1991, the Raiders made USC star quarterback Todd Marinovich their first round pick.

The former first-round draft pick lasted just two years and eight games in the National Football League with the Los Angeles Raiders after repeated drug issues, and continued to have problems, though a couple of years ago Marinovich said he’d discovered art as a way to aid his recovery. His NFL career only lasted two seasons with the Raiders.

In 1997, he pleaded guilty to felony charges that he was cultivating marijuana in his Dana Point home and a misdemeanor charge of illegally possessing prescription medicine.
