Toddler takes to slopes on snowboard
“Even though it was the smallest snowboard on the market, we still had to make modifications to it so her legs weren’t so far apart”, Zach Henderson told KUTV.

Sloan’s mother, Katie Henderson, is optimistic her daughter could soar to new heights.
The 14-month-old Sloan hit the slopes just one month after learning how to walk and left everyone in awe over her natural skills on a modified snowboard.
The Hendersons said they bought the smallest available snowboard, but it still wasn’t quite tiny enough for the budding boarder.
It was a steady process to get her onto the slopes. “First, they started her on the carpet in their home, then they moved to the backyard and finally to the snow-covered slopes.” So.
Her father, Zach Henderson, recorded Sloan’s first snowboarding attempt at Park City Mountain Resort on Thursday and shared the video on YouTube.
Sloan knows she’s good.
No, it’s not because this toddler is in danger – she most certainly is not – it’s because if you’re like me, this bundle of happiness is better at a sport at one year old than you’ll ever be.
