Tom Brady backpedals on Donald Trump endorsement
The clarification comes after Brady displayed a red Make America Great Again hat from the Trump campaign in his locker while speaking with reporters on September 16, the same day as a Republican presidential debate.

Do you think Tom Brady not endorsing Donald Trump is a true statement, or taken out of context like his original comment?
Now Brady is walking back those comments and saying that people took his “endorsement” too seriously.
“I think that it’s just a different world than when I started in professional football”.
Brady said his earlier remark was “an offhanded comment” and it took attention away from what he is doing with his team.
I dont even know what the issues are.
But the longer this case drags on with Brady playing at a high level, the less legitimate it seems to accuse one of the best QBs of all time of gaining a significant competitive advantage in last year’s AFC title game.
“I was slightly dubious about how “out of the blue” this really was, given how perfectly it was timed to my arrival, but Knight delivered a stirring tribute regardless. It is means off my radar”. “I’ve known [Trump] since 2002”.
Tom probably figured it was a clever way of dodging the question, but the press ran with it and claimed that Brady is full-on Trump supporter. “There’d be a putting green on the White House lawn I’m sure of that”, he said with a smirk. “I think that’s just the way it is and the way our culture is right now”.
Along those lines, Brady pointed out that receiver Keshawn Martin, acquired in a trade from Houston, is in his fourth National Football League season and that experience also counts.

I’m possessing a little enjoyable by having Brady here, but they have a few extent. Everything is really out there.. Brady sat down with 98.5 The Sports Hub’s Scott Zolak for Friday’s edition of Patriots All Access on WBZ-TV, and in his first 1-on-1 interview since all the DeflateGate drama unfolded, the Pats QB said he always kept his focus on the field. Brady then took the matter to US District Court and earlier this month had the suspension thrown out by judge Richard Berman – a verdict the league has now pushed to the US Court of Appeals.
