Tom Brady: Brady plans to attend second court hearing
The Patriots are scheduled to be in Sulphur Springs, W.Va., on Wednesday and Thursday for joint practices with the New Orleans Saints, who are holding training camp at The Greenbrier. It was their 14th practice of the summer and the fifth in sweats and shells.

The following players missed today’s session: Trey Flowers, Darryl Roberts, Rufus Johnson, Jake Bequette, Joe Vellano, E.J. Fort, Brandon LaFell, Ryan Wendell, Chris Jones, Josh Kline and Tom Brady.
Patriots quarterback Tom Brady was not on the practice field Tuesday morning at Gillette, and will attend Wednesday’s DeflateGate settlement hearing in New York according to USA Today. The rookie out of Florida State left practice midway through the session on Tuesday with what appeared to be a heat issue, but didn’t look any worse for wear on Tuesday.
The news is a surprise because U.S. District Judge Richard Berman said that the principals of the Brady case, including Brady and NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell, were not required to attend this settlement conference.
Wide receiver Aaron Dobson; offensive linemen Bryan Stork and Caylin Hauptmann; tight end Scott Chandler; running back Travaris Cadet; and linebackers Eric Martin and Dane Fletcher worked on the lower practice field doing conditioning while the rest of the team went through an unpadded walk-through on the main field.

It has to be seen if the players, who are not 100% healthy, will travel to West Virginia with the team.
