Tom Brady planning to attend Wednesday court hearing

Brady was not at the Patriots’ practice Tuesday in West Virginia, where the reigning Super Bowl champions are holding joint workouts with the Saints.

Last Tuesday, Patriots quarterback Tom Brady missed practice before appearing in court to sit for a poor portrait during a hearing in New York City regarding his attempt to have his four-game suspension tossed out by Judge Richard Berman.

If Brady attends, it would seem likely that Goodell would, too, as Berman tries to steer the NFL Players Association, which represents Brady, and the NFL toward a settlement. Pro Football Talk stated the NFL didn’t announce who will attend from its side.

The person spoke on condition of anonymity because they weren’t authorized to speak on behalf of Brady, who was absent from the New England Patriots practice Tuesday, per local reports. So if Brady is in court it would mark the second straight day of him missing practice.

Tom Brady may well be walking through the doors of federal court again Wednesday, one week after his first appearance. “To say, I have some serious questions about both of your cases and I could rule against each of you based on the questions I have”.

“I think that it was a big part of the goal of this morning was for the judge to poke holes in both sides”, Feldman said.
