Now, the bad news for the Patriots.
The Patriots special teams errors continued into the third quarter.

The Eagles started their first drive of the second half on the four-yard line, and Bradford had a chance to get them down the field on the first play, but missed a wide open Ertz about 15 yards down the field.
Brady made it a 14-point game on a 14-yard pass to Scott Chandler, then the Patriots recovered an onside kick. “That it was going to come down to the end, but just continue to fight”.
NOTES: Brady had never in four previous games against the Eagles thrown an interception…. He also registered his 71st 300-yard game, third all time. Brett Favre retired with 508. Brady was 40-8 after a loss in his career. But Jenkins dropped James White for a 4-yard loss back at the 5-yard line. Ebner attempted two onside kicks, and neither was successful.

The New England quarterback was under pressure for the third consecutive game – this time by a defense that allowed 45 points to the opposition in each of the previous two games.
