Tom Clancy’s The Division – Launch Trailer Revealed

While gameplay and features were limited during the Beta, I found myself being sucked into the dark and chaotic open- world that The Division had to offer.

In their blog, they revealed when the servers will go live, and as such, they stated that reviewers won’t get access to the game until everyone has access. As Street Fighter V reminded us all, launch day woes for multiplayer games can prove costly, and we’re holding out hope that those beta tests were enough to stress test the servers and iron out any remaining technical kinks.

Activision did something similar with Destiny, and for a multiplayer game like this one, it’s best for reviews to experience the server strain, potential lag, and what the game is like full inhabited. The Division is set to release on March 8 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. That was actually a record setting number for the latest consoles and one that indicates that the title could have great sales when it is released on March 8. The trailer doesn’t really answer many of those of course, though it does show off a bit of what we can expect from the game.

In The Division, the player is part of a group of tactical agents that have been sent to restore order by investigating the source of a virus. Of course, this also means that if you’re on the fence about buying The Division, you may want to wait a little longer to hear what others are saying about it.
