Tom Holland talks Spider-Man
But that’s not stopping actor Tom Holland from spilling a few details about playing the third film incarnation of Spidey. That intersection is already in motion as Spider-Man will be appearing in Marvel’s Captain America: Civil War. However, with the recent release of the first trailer for the film, Spider-Man or at least Peter Parker was not seen nor mentioned anywhere.

The new Spider-Man revealed that Iron Man actor Robert Downey Jnr gave him advice on his own audition for the superhero character.
The actor also revealed the shooting location for his standalone “Spider-Man” film, which will enter production stage sometime next year.
During Civil War, Peter Parker will be the only remaincing MCU hero with his identity still a secret, which makes the character pretty interesting for Holland. I had this awesome morph suit where you can put your phone on your chest and spiders would crawl across the costume, it was awesome!
“He did such a good job as Peter Parker and it’s really hard not to copy him because what he did was so flawless and obviously there are going to be things that I might steal but I hope we get to meet and even work together in the future.”, Holland said about Garfield.

‘I think it’s quite interesting to go back to that hiding behind a mask, ‘ he added. Again, Spider-Man’s presence is not officially confirmed in Captain America: Civil War as of yet, but most speculations are nearly positive that Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man will debut in the upcoming Marvel film. “Only two years ago did I go to a fancy dress party dressed as Spider-Man”. Hopefully we’ll get a glimpse of Holland’s passion for the web-head when Captain America: Civil War debuts in 2016. “We’re shooting in Atlanta for most of it, because they have studios there and I think it’s cheaper to build a NY set than it is to shoot here, because it’s going to be very expensive”, he told Coming Soon. “We probably will end up here (in New York) for one week or two”.
