Tony Romo Will Backup Dak Prescott Upon Return
The Steelers went 18-2 against rookies from 2004-15. The Cowboys have only turned the ball over 6 times this year.

Per Mike Leslie of WFAA Channel 8 in Dallas, Jones stated post-game the Cowboys will make quarterback Tony Romo active for Week 11 vs. the Baltimore Ravens. “It starts up front, stop the run, when you put pressure on the quarterback and in turn that leads to rushed decisions, bad decisions and chances for us in the back end to make splash plays”.
Head coach Jason Garrett said getting Romo up to speed will be hard after a long layoff.
This fall has has been so fruitful for Dallas that Romo isn’t guaranteed to get the job back. That’s only 12 on pace for the season.
Tony Romo, the long-time face of the Dallas Cowboys, suffered an injury early in the pre-season. “Of course, he’s very sad and you only have one of those”, Cowboys owner and general manager Jerry Jones said on 105.3 The Fan in Dallas. His numbers are even inflated because most of the Steelers damage on offense the last month has been in garbage time.
Sticking with what got them to this point represents an easy choice for the Cowboys.
People ask me often why I lump those two together and don’t blame one or the other.
The Steelers are now not the statistical juggernaut that the Cowboys offense is, but let us take a second to go back to week 6. The Cowboys are strong against the run and it would be foolish for the Steelers not to attack the weaker part of the equation. Having to go for a two-point-conversion, the team opted to ride their horse, Ezekiel Elliott, who plunged in the endzone from two yards out.
Elliott leads the National Football League with 1,005 rushing yards and is on pace to break Eric Dickerson’s rookie rushing record of 1,808 yards set in 1983. They are fifth in yards per rush and fifth in yards per reception. Lee was a second-round pick by the Cowboys in 2010. Dallas has never won nine consecutive games in one season in the franchise’s 57-year history.
Ben Roethlisberger is back at QB for the Steelers offense and that is good news for their All-Pro wide receiver Antonio Brown.
Sammie Coates is also in a great buy low position this week in daily fantasy leagues. Roethlisberger is back, he had his game to shake off the rust, and he is practicing fully.
The Steelers made a furious comeback against the Cowboys on Sunday, scoring a touchdown with just over a minute left to play.
Not much has been said about the Cowboys defense.
It’s the first regular-season start for Petty, a fourth-round draft pick out of Baylor previous year. Prescott has become a lot more than a rookie quarterback who just hands off the ball to Elliott & Morris or keeps things simple. That’s largely attributed to their rushing attack which averages the best totals per game.

Both were games in which Ben Roethlisberger didn’t play.
